• Prices are in USD dollars and based on double occupancy;

• For long stay - more than 6 nights in Low and High Season- we give a discount of 10%
• During Special Season a Minimum stay of 3 nights is requiered, with exeption of JULY and AGUST, shorter stay will be accepted only with a reservation of the whaleshark tour at the hotel.

Recently we have a ATM on the island. But please anticipate your withdraw limit of 3,000 pesos ( about 250 USD).

The hotel accepts creditcards ( visa and mastercard) but there is a 5% fee.

Payments from Europe:

• Paypal we will send you a PALPAL link to a secured website. Where you will be able to pay with you Credit Card or your Paypal account.
• Credit Card : ( Only for last minute reservation not more than 48 hours before arrival)

Payments from Mexico

• Money transfer to mexican bank account in Mexican Pesos or USD

In low and high season reservation should be cancelled 20 days prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of 2 nights.
In special season cancellations should be made 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 100%.

For early departure we charge 2 nights extra (if leaving 2 nights or more be fore confirmed check-out date)

No shows have penalty of 100%
In extreme case due to natural disturbance, like hurricane, Floods, tsunami or earth quack, we will refund the 50% of your deposit.

Refunds will be subjected to a 20 USD administration fee.
