• Prices are in USD dollars and based on double occupancy per night;
• Prices include 14% tax;
• The hotel requires full payment prior to arrival. 50% upon booking. And total payment of balance 10 days before arrival.
• Up to two children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

• During Easter a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
• During Christmas 15 Dec till 06 January 2013 a minimum stay of 6 nights is required.
• During Easter week we don't accept children between the ages of 4 and 16 years old.
• Children under the age of 18 are NOT allowed to stay in a room without an adult present.
• When the hotel receives the first deposit of 50% as a confirmation of the guest`s reservation the guest acknowledges to have read and accept the cancellation policy of Hotelito casa las Tortugas.

The hotel recommends to pay the total balance (100%) before arriving to the hotel

At Holbox you can pay by Credit or Debit card but the hotel charges a 5% fee. And sometimes credit card service is not available due to bad telephone service. Holbox has varios ATM but many times they are out of order due to bad internet conection or they simple run out of money, as refill service is limited.

In our many years of experience we found it much more comfortable for our guest if they would be able to make their payments back home from their living room instead doing this upon Check-in:

1) Fast check-in: The trip to the island is long and most of you will have a long flight plus the 2 hours by car and ferry to arrive at the Hotel. When you are here the only think you wish is to have a cold drink and a fresh shower in your room. So we want to make the check in as fast as possible, without out any delays  and if you already paid in advanced this give you the priority “Boarding Pass” to the Paradise.

2) Security: Here on the island we don’t have banks and the ATM’s are often out of service, the credit card terminals can have connection problems as well. So to avoid the problems, stress and risk of taking too much money with you, we recommend you to pay a few days before arrival (30 days) the outstanding balance of your stay.

Reservation should be cancelled 20 days prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of 2 nights.
Cancellations with arrival date at Easter and Christmas (dates shown above) should be made 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 100%.

For early departure we charge 2 nights extra (if leaving 2 nights or more before confirmed check-out date)

No shows have penalty of 100%
In extreme case due to natural disturbance, like hurricane, Floods, tsunami or earth quack, we will refund the 50% of your deposit.

Refunds will be subjected to a 50 USD administration fee.
