HOTEL POLICY:

• Prices are in USD dollars and based on double occupancy;
• Prices DO NOT includes 12% tax;
  
• Kids till 3 years DO NOT pay extra person;
  
• For extra person we charge USD 15 in Low and USD 15 in High season and USD 20 in Special season;
  
• In low and High season we ask a min. stay of 3 nights and in Special season a min. stay of 5 nights;
  
• For long stay - more than 6 nights - we make discount of 10%
• For check-outs before confirmed data we charge a penalty of a 3 nights stay.

To hold your reservation we ask for a deposit of 80% on your total stay

CANCELATION POLICY

In low and high season reservation should be cancelled 20 days prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of 2 nights.
In special season cancelacions should be made 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 100%
No shows have penalty of 100%
In extreme case due to natural disturbance, like hurricane, Floods, tsunami or earth quack, we will try to do our best to give you back the 50% of deposit.

Refunds will be subjected to a 20 USD administration fee.
