Opened in 2003, Casa Las Tortugas is an environmentally-conscious hotel on the island’s loveliest stretch of beach, surrounded by lush plant life, colorful birds and exotic fauna. January 2011 renovation was finished completed Casa las Tortugas with 7 extra rooms making a total of 21 original, artistic rooms, a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, Spa facility and a Organic Restaurant " Mandarina".

When design & photography lover Francesca and her family first came to the Yucatan, they felt an instant affinity for its people, colors, scents and sounds. Friends advised her to visit unspoiled Isla Holbox, the last vestige of uncommercial living on the Maya Riviera, and she instantly fell in love with its raw beauty. Creating Casa Las Tortugas became the family’s passion project…and it shows.
